Certified organic for Chile and the European Union, NOP United States and COR Canada, LPO Mexico. It also holds Kosher and Halal certification.
The product is manufactured under HACCP-based food safety controls in a BRCGS Food Safety Grade AA certified facility, and is allergen-free, GMO-free and non-irradiated.
Each batch is controlled against defined technical specifications (data sheet FT-BULK-020 v06), including °Brix, pH, acidity and consistency. We produce to customer specification with a minimum processing volume of 35 tons.
